I made an attempt to bake again despite previous occasional not so successful experiences.

Biscotti - An italian biscuit, usually long, dry and hard twice-baked with a curved top and flat bottom designed for dunking into wine or coffee.

Indeed, mine turned out too hard. Not like those found at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Cafes.

Guess it'll take a while before success comes. Oh well.
